- The Vatican Museums are equipped with elevators for wheelchair and stroller access, but they are not conveniently located on the group tour route and only provide access to certain parts of the Museums. Please contact support@veltra.com beforehand to make further arrangements.

- Photography is not allowed in the Sistine Chapel. For the rest of the sites, photography without the use of flash is allowed, but the use of tripods, "selfie sticks" and other professional equipment is not permitted.
- Please note that St. Peter's Basilica may be closed during special occasions and festivities, including the Easter ceremonies. If this occurs, more time will be allotted for your visit in the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museums instead.
